The Problem

The World Bank puts the food and agriculture sector at 10% of global gross domestic product, which, taking the bank?s 2006 estimate of about $48 trillion, would make the sector worth about $4.8 trillion making agriculture the World's largest industry.

We can produce food without oil, but not without water. Humans drink on average 4 litres of water per day, in one form or another, but the food we eat each day requires 2,000 litres of water to produce, or 500 times as much. Grain consumed directly supplies nearly half of our calories. That consumed indirectly as meat, milk, and eggs supplies a large part of the remainder.

Today 40% of the world grain harvest comes from irrigated land. The world's irrigated area expanded from close to 250 million acres in 1950 to roughly 700 million in 2000. This tripling of world irrigation within 50 years was historically unique and is putting a strain on water supplies.

The AWE Solution - Ionized Water

Hydrodynamic Cavitation dramatically reduces the molecular cluster size of each water molecule. This sometimes is referred to as micro-clustering. Having smaller water molecular cluster sizes may be the most important component of Ionized Water. Simply put, the water will provide better hydration because the smaller water cluster can easily permeate the cell membrane.

Ionized Water restructures water at a molecular level, revises and revitalizes water by restoring the beneficial NEGATIVE hydrogen ions (H-). 

Plant cellular aquaporins are little channels that transport water and nutrients through cell walls) letting (H-) good water in and keeping (H+) bad water out. The problem with most water is that it has been striped of valuable electrons during filtration, purification and moving through pipes. This results in water molecules competing for remaining electrons and clumping together.  When the molecule is positively charged and clumped, the aquaporin rejects it, and stops it from passing through cellular membrane.

Ionized Water contains antioxidants that reduce oxidative affection and free radical damage. Free radicals are microscopic chemical atoms usually with one impaired electron that causes the atom to become unstable. Unstable atoms (free radicals) will steal an electron from a healthy atom making the healthy atom unstable.

Ionized Water raises the Alkaline pH and is as important as ORP but simply has a different function. Healthy cells need antioxidants and a healthy pH.

Ionized Water is oxygenated during the electrolysis process. Feeding the cells more oxygen not only helps provide energy but kills bacteria and microbes changing the composition of the soil biota and cleans up the root system, thus eliminating brown root and dry root by depositing molecular oxygen on the root system.
