John W. Huemoeller II - President and CEO. Mr. Huemoeller was the Chairman, Chief Executive Officer and Chief Financial Officer of Propell Technologies Group Inc., a fully audited public company traded on the OTC Markets under the symbol PROP. Through Propell’s wholly owned subsidiary Novas Energy USA, the Company provides a Plasma Pulse enhanced oil recovery (EOR) well treatment technology to increase production of oil and gas wells. Mr. Huemoeller has lead in the sales, licensing, technology deployment, field operations, tool re-engineering since December 2012. Mr. Huemoeller has helped bring in more than $18 million into the Company in the last two years . Mr. Huemoeller has over 30 years experience in investment banking, finance, sales and marketing. Mr. Huemoeller became a registered principal in 1985 managing retail brokers. He has previously been registered with various state insurance boards, as well as with the Chicago Board of Trade as a commodities broker. Mr. Huemoeller has worked for Smith Barney, Drexel Burnham, Prudential Securities, and Paine Webber and has extensive experience in stocks, bonds, commodities, mergers and acquisitions, leveraged buyouts and private placement transactions. Prior to Propell, Mr. Huemoeller was the President of an independent corporate finance advisory firm specializing in providing strategic capital formation guidance to public and private small cap oil and gas companies. From March 2009 to April 2012, Mr. Huemoeller was a FINRA-registered investment banker focused on all aspects of taking company’s public, deal structure and Institutional placement of both debt and equity transactions with Buckman, Buckman and Reid. with an emphasis on helping Chinese companies go public in the United States from January 2008 to July 2008, Mr. Huemoeller worked at Aspenwood Capital, a division of Green Drake Securities as an Investment Banker. Mr. Huemoeller previously served as Chairman and CEO of HumWare Media Corp, a publicly traded software development, media and technology company which he started in 1998 and was responsible for acquisition strategies and the day-to-day corporate operations. Mr. Huemoeller is co-author of U.S. Patent #5,855,005. Mr. Huemoeller completed various studies in the Bachelor of Business Administration Program at the University of Minnesota and has previously held Series 3, 7, 24, 63 and 79 Securities Licenses.
Dave Shroﬀ - Chairman of the Board and Director. Mr. Shroff is both an oilman and inventor. Trained as a fluids engineer, he has 6 patents related to industrial water treatment and produced water cleaning with the Ionizer. Mr. Shroff has 40 years experience in the oilfield, starting with Gulf Oil and, since 1971, with running his own exploration and production company, Excalibur. As the founder and principal of Universal Environmental Technologies, Inc., from 1994 to 2001, he successfully remediated soils at the Miami Airport, a Naval Air Base, and UST facilities in Texas, Florida, Louisiana, Oklahoma, Nebraska, and Kansas, as well as crude oil spills in Oklahoma and Texas. He served as President and Chairman of Penn Pacific Corporation, a public company involved in oil and gas exploration, from 1990 to1992.
Trent Hunter - Chief Technology Officer. Mr. Hunter is also is the Chief Technology Officer of Propell Technologies an enhanced oil recovery headquartered in Houston, TX, and the managing director of Sterling Enterprise Consulting Corporation since 1996, a private management, technical consulting and staffing company focused on the upstream oil and gas industry. Recently Mr. Hunter held the role of Global Business Development Manager for Blue Spark Energy Inc., a private technology based service company in the oil field industry from Nov 2011 to Oct 2013. From April 2010 to October 2011 Mr. Hunter held several senior roles with Neo Exploration Inc., a private energy development company. Mr. Hunter was the President, CEO and director of Hunter Energy Inc., a private junior oil and gas exploration and production company based in Calgary, Alberta from February 2006 to March 2009. During the period July 2004 to February 2006 Mr. Hunter was operations manager of Newalta Corporation. Early in his career Mr. Hunter was a wireline engineer working in numerous progressive roles for Schlumberger for nearly 10 years. Mr. Hunter holds a Bachelor of Science (Engineering) degree from the University of Saskatchewan, is a Professional Engineer (Alberta), and holds a Masters of Business Administration from Erasmus University, Rotterdam, Netherlands.
